I love all the different styles and colors of beads. I use beading as an escape and a stress reliever.

I am a retired chef who still loves to cook and enjoy getting together with friends and my Sisters in Christ to share a meal, do some crafting, and talk about the books we love.
I live in the beautiful state of Oregon with my husband, who is my own personal hero. We are a blended family with four daughters and seven grandchildren, one adopted cat who rules the roost and a newly adopted Westie boy who is a marvel of a companion. I am a book reviewer by trade and read across the board from the Bible to craft and cookbooks, all manner of romance, and Christian fiction.
I am a rookie at beading and look forward to learning from other beading enthusiasts here on Bead Huddle. I have done a few simple projects but want to learn more techniques and projects.
I have a passion for sewing, beading, quilting loom knitting and crochet.
I am on chemotherapy for an auto-immune disorder and suffer all of the nasty side effects. Fatigue keeps me down and out for long periods of time, but I am profoundly grateful for being able to work on my crafting during the times I have energy.
