My two favorite clays in the whole world and that I work with just about everyday is polymer clay and paper clay. I've been working with polymer clay for six years and I've been working with paper clay for about a month or two now. I love what you can do with both polymer clay and paper clay. I make all kinds of beads with polymer clay, pendants, jewelry, earrings, and artwork. I make "stamp style" pendants with paper clay. I paint the clay, stamp the clay with ink or paint, and then I just let it dry. It take 24-48 hours for paper clay to be completly dry. I will be teaching and wholesaling paper clay very soon too. I will be teaching framed artwork, pendants, painted pendants, and several other techniques with paper clay too. Polymer clay is great for canes, special beads, pendants, and anything else that comes to mind. I ALWAYS use a glaze with polymer clay, for protection, and a glossy finish. Great fun, great possibilities.
