Well age has made me put the shorts away for the winter and tee shirts. My bones don't like the cold anymore. So i now wear those flannel pants and sweatshirts until May rolls around.

I love ALL crafts. But right now beading seems to have my attention.

I love beading mainly because it lets me see things with a depth to it. I have had alot of time to work on a technique that i hope people will like.

My favorite projects come from cross-stitch patterns. It is very easy to take a pattern and do it in beads and if you have a printer it makes it much easier. I found a free trial of PM Stitch Creator. It's a free 15 day trial and it allows you to take one of YOUR pictures and make it a cross stitch pattern...BUT you can also use it with beads because it puts the picture into a graph colors and all. Loom beading without a Loom. it's quicker and comes out just like Loom work. The cardinal in my pictures is done without a loom. Ask me and i'll be happy to explain it to you.

I have been using cross-stitch patterns. There are SO many you will NEVER run out of stuff!!!

Well i no longer have a "beading cave" :( . My couch and folding table will do for now.

Thats easy ....PAY ATTENTION!!!.... I got halfway through a project and realized it was backwards. YUP i learned the hard way! AH but i learned!!
