I find beading very relaxing. There's something about creating a piece of jewelry that really takes stress away.

I love doing really intricate things. They catch my eye more than any other project.

The ones that work ;)

I get my ideas from everywhere. Seriously. I find inspiration in songs, movies, things people say, and even from out of the blue. I also get ideas from other jewelry designers, websites, beading books.

Don't force the beads to do something they don't want to. Believe it or not they'll have a mind of their own. Getting frustrated at the beads won't get the project done. If you get frustrated just set the project down and walk away. It will be there when you come back and have cooled off.

On the couch with a good movie or music in

Any where I can find them. Hobby Lobby, Michael's, Firemountaingems.com, Jewelrysupply.com, the bead store near Purdue campus are good ones.

I think I was 8 or 9 when I started making jewelry. My mom and dad were doing craft shows, flea markets, and gun and knife shows. I wanted to make my own money so some how I got into beading.

I'm 22. I've been beading since I was 9ish. If I'm not working on jewelry I'm usually listening to music or dinking around on deviantart.com (username is rythmicleo726) I've been married for oh about 4 months now. My hubbs is in boot camp for the Marines.
