Love? Obsession is a better word for it.

Most of my beading ideas come the the messy pile on my coffee table. I am not very organized but I think that is the way that some of those beads find each other. laying in that pile looking good together.

In front of the TV

Everywhere.

My first beading memory. Lets see. It must have been about 10 years ago (boy has it been that long ago). I would sit in front of my computer, surfing the web mindlessly puttong things on Ebay (not jewelry). Next to me on my adjoining craft table were some seed beads ( I have always bought beads and broken jewelry, not really knowing that I was becoming addicted). I can't sleep much late at night. My mind is always busy. (I do my best creative work when the rest of the world is sleeping.) So I thought I would try to use some of these seed beads and make my daughter a little something. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I used some thread, really had a hard time putting ends on it. When you don't know what you are doing it can get a little frustrating, but perserverance prevailed. It was simple yet "A handmade gift for my daughter". This was truely the begining of the end, for now I am obsessed. I bead constantly. I do the outdoor markets (with good results, sometimes great!) I do craft shows, bazaars, I even opened a bead and boutique for a while. I have some of my stuff on Etzy. I am always looking for a way to sell it. Glad that I found BeadHuddle. Getting in on the bottom floor is exciting. Glad to be here.
